A team around you

One team of experts,
across borders.

Your healthcare professional guides you — and never stands alone. Behind your programme is the Navion network: locations in multiple countries, from practice to research centre.

Multidisciplinary consultation. Does your situation call for extra expertise? Then Navion organises a consultation in which specialists from different locations — national and international — look at your situation together. Your healthcare professional discusses the outcome with you and translates it into your programme. This way of working together is unique in the world.

You

Experts from multiple locations around one patient

One point of contact

Your own healthcare professional remains responsible and keeps the overview.

Knowledge from six countries

Practices, clinics and research centres think along when needed.

Organised by Navion

Navion brings the right experts together. You don’t have to arrange anything.

Security and privacy

Careful with what
is yours.

Your data is about you. That is why we treat it with the same care as the care itself: carefully, transparently and by clear rules.

Designed around trust. Navion is built with the GDPR, audit logging and secure access as its starting point — not as an afterthought.

You see what happens

You see which data is used and for what. No small print, but clear explanations.

Consent in your hands

You can review your consent and rights at any time. That keeps you in control.

Secure access

You log in via a secure connection. Only you can access your personal environment.

Carefully recorded

Important actions are recorded in an audit log. That keeps it verifiable who did what.

No selling of data

Your patient data is not sold. Not to advertisers, not to third parties. Full stop.

No automated medical decisions

AI does not make medical decisions in Navion. Assessing and deciding remains the work of people.

Explanation How we handle your data

A short explanation of how Navion protects your data.

Guidance

Navion does not replace a healthcare professional.
It strengthens the guidance.

Navion helps you continue between appointments. But people stay central: your healthcare professional remains responsible for your guidance and assessment.

Your healthcare professional

Looks along with you

Your healthcare professional sees the progress relevant to your guidance. That way, the conversations match how you are really doing.

People decide

Assessment stays human work

Feedback on your exercises and decisions about next steps are always assessed by people — never automatically.

AI, where available

Supporting only

If an AI agent is available, it only helps with explanation and structure. The AI makes no decisions about your care.

Your healthcare professional never stands alone. Behind every guidance is the Navion network — up to a multidisciplinary consultation with national and international experts, when your situation calls for it.

Frequently asked questions

Clearly explained.

Do I need an account?

Yes. Your healthcare professional creates access for you when you decide together to work with Navion. You cannot register on your own — that way, the guidance always stays linked to your clinician.

Who can see my data?

You and your treating healthcare professional. Only care providers involved in your guidance see the data needed for that. In your environment you can see for yourself which data is used. Your data is never sold.

Can I follow my programme on my phone?

Yes. The patient portal works on your phone, tablet and computer. You do not need to install anything: you log in via your browser and continue where you left off.

What happens if I skip an exercise?

That is no problem. You can complete an exercise later. Your healthcare professional sees your progress and discusses a good next step with you. Nothing happens automatically and you are not judged for it.

Does AI make decisions about my care?

No. If an AI agent is available, it only supports — for example with explanation or structure. Decisions about your care are always made by your healthcare professional.

Can several experts look at my situation?

Yes. Your own healthcare professional remains your fixed point of contact, but can call on the Navion network when your situation asks for it. Navion then organises a multidisciplinary consultation in which specialists from different locations — including international ones — think along together. Your healthcare professional discusses the outcome with you.

How do I ask for help?

Ask questions about your programme via the messages in the patient portal or during your appointment. For technical questions, contact the point of contact at your location. Do you have urgent medical complaints? Then always contact your GP directly or call the local emergency number.
